Oh bliss and Heaven. It's probably a cliché to say that a perfectly suspended piece of art seems to have been created between the end and beginning of time. But it's also a cliché to say the same thing about a perfect summer's day too, I imagine. Lie back, close your eyes, and create a holiday memory. No sun lotion or bug repellent required. rexx38

Lamagaia is one of those bands you can't remember having first heard, because in retrospect it feels like you've always been a fan. From the Michael Karoli-like guitar runs to the impossibly smooth yet unflinching one-chord groove, there's a distinct CAN vibe to this hypnotic 28-minute jam. neu-mann

It is a great feeling for me to hear a band when they are fully in control of their music making abilities and yet never resting on their laurels and exploring new material to the max...electric orange do just that and it engenders an element of trust in the listener,I think...you feel safe in the knowledge that they can handle wherever they want to go and both consolidate and invent on the hoof.
For me, this means they don't become predictable but stay fresh and open.
These spacey improvisational jams evolve slowly but surely...enjoy the trip.
